How to claim the benefit from ThaiGo

1. Click the link provided on this page to access the online consultation service
2. Accept the Terms & Conditions and fill in the required personal information
3. Follow the instructions on the screen, then click Start a Call. The consultation will be conducted online
4. You will speak with a nurse first for symptom pre-screening. Please mention “ThaiGo” to claim this benefit
5. After pre-screening, you will be forwarded to a doctor for a 15-minute consultation
6. After the consultation, the nurse will summarize the recommended medicine, payment details, and hospital appointment information, if needed

Important notes

1. This benefit covers only the doctor consultation fee for the first 15 minutes
2. If the consultation exceeds 15 minutes, an additional charge of THB 500 per 15 minutes will apply
3. You must mention “ThaiGo” to the nurse in order to claim this benefit
4. Medicine costs are not included and must be paid separately if you choose to receive medicine
