ThaiGo Partners with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Thai Smile Group to Build a Digital Travel Companion for Sustainable Tourism
ThaiGo has partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to elevate the potential of Thai tourism by integrating technology to create a seamless travel companion for visitors. Through this initiative, travelers can explore Bangkok more easily while gaining deeper experiences of the city’s culture, atmosphere, and iconic destinations.
In addition, ThaiGo has collaborated with Thai Smile Group to enhance service quality and travel efficiency through an integrated bus and boat network. This collaboration aims to make urban exploration more convenient while promoting environmentally friendly transportation and sustainable tourism.
This partnership represents a significant step toward positioning ThaiGo as a travel companion for exploring Bangkok, combining transportation, curated experiences, and local insights to support the long-term sustainable growth of Thailand’s tourism industry.

The latest tangible outcome from the collaboration of the three organizations was the “ThaiGo Sustainable Weekday River Experience” campaign, a special one-day river ride along the Chao Phraya River, held from 25- 27 February.
This journey took travelers along the route from Siam Charoen Nakhon to Tha Chang Pier, allowing them to experience the beauty of the Chao Phraya River and observe the lifestyle along both riverbanks. Guests were treated to exquisite Thai food, served in eco-friendly paper “Pinto”, aboard an electric boat with a comfortable air-conditioned cabin.

Throughout the boat, participants enjoyed informative commentary from a guide, complemented by a featured activity, a DIY workshop for creating traditional Thai herbal inhalers. This unique element added both charm and hands-on cultural engagement. The campaign received an enthusiastic and positive response from numerous visitors and tourism enthusiasts.
As ThaiGo, we view this partnership as a significant first step in advancing Thailand’s travel technology. We are proud to play a role in integrating technology to enhance and elevate the travel experience, making it more convenient for tourists.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) for promoting and elevating Thai tourism to higher standards, and to Thai Smile Group for contributing to the development of long-term sustainable travel.
This collaboration is not merely about working together, it is about laying the foundation for the future of Thai tourism that is convenient, enjoyable, and environmentally friendly. We hope that everyone will have the chance to embark on unique and memorable journeys with us.
